When Art and Food Collide… 😉
Our neighbor, Alserkal Arts Foundation recently hosted an open kitchen to commemorate the end of Rewilding The Kitchen, a two-month residency led by artist, Nahla Tabbaa. On the day, our photographer Augustine Paredes, and filmmaker Bala Ochangco documented the entire event, spanning from art documentation, event coverage, and artist portraits.

Irthi Contemporary Crafts Council presents: Echoes of Alchemy exhibition co-curated by Mr.Lawrence, hosted inside Cesare Correnti 14, the iconic apartment of #5VIE district.
The exhibition includes the Irthi’s collaborations with Studio Pepe and the creative duo Casaling di Tokyo through an attempt to break down, archive and reshape the concept of traditional UAE recipes, giving them a new meaning and a new context. The project displays the result of these transformation processes, creating an open dialogue between cultures.
